You might like to make copies of these before use and store them where they can be easily accessed.

Q: Can I have the chargers delivered to my home address?

A: Sorry, we can only deliver to the postal address of your ward or facility.

Q: How many chargers should I order?

A: We suggest that the average ward will need one of our boxes containing two charging plugs and cables. If you feel that you will need more please let us know.

Q: Are the charging plugs safe for ward use?

A: Our plugs that we supply are purchased from an Australian retailer and meet Australian electrical safety standards. We still recommend that you check with your facility maintenance department if they require checking and tagging.

Q: The charger appears to be damaged, what should I do?

A: If the plug or cable appear to have some damage or are not working then remove it from service immediately. Contact us and we will replace the item for you.

Q: How long will it take for the chargers to be delivered?

We aim to get the chargers posted within 5 days of receiving a request and delivery should take 5 to 10 days depending on where you are located.
